Exchange: Outlook Calendar with Plant Sciences

How to set up an Exchange Calendar account in Outlook for computers not in Plant Sciences

To be able to reserve calendars for LAWR equipment (projectors, laptops) and rooms (PES 3001, 2005, etc), we share the Exchange Calendar system of Plant Sciences using Outlook. Administrative personnel who will be asked to reserve equipment and rooms will need access to the calendaring system.

The first thing a new user must do is get a Plant Sciences Exchange account. You can make an appointment with the Plant Sciences Help Desk by calling:

Plant Sciences Information Technology Office - 148 Asmundson Hall Help Desk: 754-7510

The new user will need to go to Asmundson to set up a password.
